Get help from a librarian in a video meeting

For example, you can receive guidance on how to search for information, evaluate sources, improve search results or use different reference systems.

  • You can meet a librarian by yourself or connect with a friend at the same time.
  • You do not need to have your camera on.
  • Sometimes we need to investigate a question further. We will get back to you by email within 24 hours.

If you are not sure which library to contact, you are welcome to contact any library for a video meeting. You can also use our chat for short questions and quick answers. A chat icon will appear in the corner of the screen when a librarian is available.
