About the resource
PsycTherapy is a unique resource in that you can access more than 300 different filmed therapy sessions with accompanying text material. In these videos you can observe over 200 experienced therapists in meetings with clients.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Integrative Behavioural Couples Therapy (IBCT) are some examples of the over 140 therapeutic treatment methods that are illustrated in this database. The topics covered include anxiety, eating disorders, bisexuality, loneliness and loss of various kinds.
The database is updated twice a year with 40-80 hours of new therapy demonstrations so that you can keep up with the latest developments. The content is produced by the American Psychological Association.
