Early Arabic Printed Books from the British Library (1475-1900)

The database is the first full-text searchable digital library of early printed books in Arabic script. The Gothenburg University Library has access to Module 3: Literature, Grammar, Language, Catalogues and Periodicals. The database contains folktales, pre-Islamic literature, Islamic poetry and prose, proverbs and sayings, language and lexicography, dictionaries, grammar, syntax, rhetoric, manuscript publication records, and periodicals that provide insight and multiple points of entry into the study of the cultural, intellectual, and social lives of the people of the Middle East.

The data includes Individual Profile, Organization Summary, Networks / Associations, Compensation Analysis, Committee Details, Company Profile and Announcements.
