Online workshops on data management plans

The University’s research data support team is offering one online presentation and two online workshops on data management plans this spring.

Introduction to data management plans

A data management plan is able to help you to meet legal requirements, increase the effectivity of your research, and much more. In this session, we will discuss how your work can benefit from writing a data management plan as well as show you the options for support within and outside GU. We will also work together with an example of what a data management plan could look like.

’Bring your own DMP 1’

In this session, we welcome researchers working with data that does not contain personal information. The goal is to give you the opportunity, with support and guidance, to work on your own data management plan and give feedback to others. You are expected to bring your draft data management plan to this workshop.

In this session, we welcome researchers that handle personal information in their research data. We ask you to bring your draft data management plan. The goal is to give you the opportunity, with support guidance, to work on your own data management plan and give feedback to others. You are expected to bring your draft data management plan to this workshop.
